This research comes from a cooperative project with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, and it focuses on the design and debugging for a control system to a special target simulator of high accuracy.The evaluation to homing head of the guided missile is accomplished by semi-physical emulation test. Target simulator, as the core of the test, requires the drive component to track the input signals accurately, so that the load with radio emitter can accomplish several simple movements, in that way the target simulator can simulate the dynamic process of the target being attacked by a missile. The basic aim is to be accurate and dynamic. This paper will give the description in detail on design mechanism and software system on the basic of having accomplished the project. Especially on the software design, not only the normal movements such as sinusoid movement has come out, but also a movement called free movement has been designed out, which can complete random movement by being given several simple groups of data over the cooperate with a DSP(Digital Signal Processing) chip. On the design of control system, to ensure the stability of the load movement, we use the electromotor controller of Panasonic electromotor to make the speed loop, and use movement control card made by ourselves to control the position to make the position loop.In addition, since the speed of the motor has its limit, the controller can accumulate errors of integrators when there are some big errors. For that reason, the performance of system may go bad, even become unstable, and this is one of the most familiar Windup phenomena: integrate Windup. A basic solution to this problem is to restrain the saturation, that is, leaving saturation area as soon as possible. So the paper will introduce one optimal Anti-windup theory, on which an Anti-windup controller will try to be designed .We will simulate the Anti-windup controller by simulating the state when the control system is saturated. The result will show the good effect of Optimal Anti-windup controller on restraining saturation and prove the advantage of Optimal Anti-windup theory.The other problem discussed in this paper is mechanical resonance.
