With the fast development of the electronics technology, Digital Signal Processor has become the foundation component in many fields such as communication, computer, consumption and so on. The application's demands in each field have highly increased, high speed digital signal processor is an efficient way to implement real-time embedded system and high performance, the application based on DSP is the most popular way in nowadays. The content of this paper is mainly for how to construct a high demand of real-time and high performance embedded system based on dual-DSP.Up to now, there are some structures based on twice CPU, such as DSP+SCM, DSP+ARM. They are widely used in the field of automatic control, image processing. However, everything has its two sides. Single Chip Micyoco and Advanced Risc Machine can not meet the demands no longer.At first, a parallel processing system based on dual-DSP is introduced in this thesis, which can measure and monitor the signal continuously, and avoid the conflicts among data processing, non-interrupt sampling and event record by balance the tasks between them. Compared to traditional control systems, dual-DSP has more superiority.Secondly, this paper, a hardware structure which concludes several parts is detailed introduced, such as data sampling, A/D convention, dual-DSP signal processing, LCD display and communication interface. Then develops a software, discusses the self-adaptive filtering theory, the Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) theory and the Host- Port Interface (HPI) communication and so on ,which is based on CCS, it can process the real-time signal and data analysis.At last, we discuss the application of dual-DSP processing system in ceramic kiln monitoring, realizing the control system and control over the parameter, such as temperature, pressure and medium and so on.
