With the more and more in-depth application of Internet, the needs of information integration and resource-share among enterprises are increasing. The technology of resource-share has developed from static and manual one to dynamic and net one. Because the resources are distributed and dynamic, how to dispatch and schedule resources will be the main problem we should resolve. As the technology of Web Service has been extensively used in web date integration, EAI, B2B electrical business, enterprise process integration and many other application fields, it presents many perfect projects and method for information integration, and provides much research fundament for this paper. In this paper, we focuse on the dynamic enterprise resource-share and resource scheduling based on net. The main works are as following:We study the Hopfield neural networks and Simulated Annealing scheduling algorithm, design Permutation Matrix and energy function, and realize the algorithm of enterprise resource scheduling based on Hopfield neural networks and Boltzmann machine。Boltzmann machine can avoid the local solvability. The performance and running of the two algorithms are also analysed.For using ANN algorithm, the method of virtual describing and pretreatment for the enterprise resources is studied.A pattern for enterprise resource scheduling system is designed. The pattern uses Web Service technology dynamically integration and scheduling enterprise resource to realize vertical and horizontal resource-share, and to make the whole process automation.Java and BPEL language are uesd to realize the system of management information system on tourism, and enterprise resource dynamic scheduling is one of the subsystems. The key technology about resource integration and scheduling based on the composition of BPEL's Web Service is also researched to realize enterprise resource dynamic integration and scheduling, and the composition mechanism of dynamic Web Service and the transaction mechanism in BPEL language are studied.
