Polarization , important information of electromagnetic source besides time and space domain information, is far from being thoroughly studied and exploited. It is great significance for radar signals processing to study estimation of the polarized array signals and calibration of the array. This paper studies the estimation of completely polarized array signals, the calibration of array misorientation and estimation of the position bias between the dipole triad and the loop triad. The primary contributions included in this dissertation are listed below:The third chapter introduces a new method of exploiting array aperture to improve the direction of arrival estimation so as to obtain the ambiguous estimation of Poynting vector with ESPRIT algorithm. And, by comparing it with the rude estimation of Poynting vector, precision estimation is acquired. The forth chapter introduces a new method which using three reference signals to calibrate the misorientation. In this chapter, the model of misorientation is designed, and the misorientation array is getted by exploiting the unique relationship between ideal Poynting vector and misorientation Poynting vector thus to derive the calibration matrix of array based on it.The fifth chapter introduces a closed-form solution to position bias between the dipole triad and the loop triad in three axes, as well as the methods of estimating position bias based on the process of obtaining closed-form solution.
