Reference voltage sources and Reference current sources are an essential part of many electronic systems. For applications such as transducer systems and data conversion. The reference sources are much more accurate and steady than the common sources. It should supply an output voltage with a very low temperature coefficient, a great long and short-term stability, and should be insensitive to supply voltage. The performance of reference sources determine directly the steady of electronic systems. So the reference sources with excellent performance is the most crucial and basic demand in electronic systems. With the development of electron technology, all kinds of mobile equipment are becoming miniaturization. The requirements of power management for mobile equipment, including mobile phone, digital camera, PDA, MP3 and MP4, etc, are becoming more strict. The products not only require the power supply stable, but also require the power supply have the function of voltage detection and power management. Most important, the power supply must be smaller in dimension and can be used for a long time. Low Dropout Voltage Regulator (LDO) has been widely used in all kinds of electronic products because of its small buck, light weigh, low-power dissipation. This paper gives a high performance bandgap reference voltage for LDO.At present, there are two difficulties in designing high-performance bandgap reference voltage source (BGR). Firstly, there are no methods to improve power supply rejection ratio of BGR at high frequency, so the power supply rejection ratio of BGR is so poor at high frequency. Secondly, we can get insensitivity to temperature variations by compensated V BE, but it will increase circuit complexity and cost. It is to resolve the contradiction between performance and cost.In this paper, a BICMOS band-gap voltage reference circuit that...
