To meet the rapid development of machinery manufacturing technology, I have took lots of measures, such as implementing advanced quality assurance system, optimizing automobile gearbox, and expanding cooperation constantly, all of these required a new technological, qualitative, and managerial standard to the parts production and processing procedure. While in the mean time, our managerial modes, methods and measures can hardly meet the new standards. Given the enormous number of parts, tools, and so many items, it is a very difficult problem to the fundamental management and production control in the workshop.Under this background, the paper makes a deep analysis to the existing production management of the Gear Parts sub-company of FAW,being it's managerial mode still in the planning marketing one, its main production schedule, distributing production schedule monthly, so, the workshop assigns it's execute schedule according to the main production schedule, arrangement, organization, and produce in the assemble line, until deliver the final product .
