Mainly links to the work reality of Tieling Mobile Communication Ltd, according to the WCDMA network characteristic and the WCDMA wireless network planning method, chooses the reasonable service model and the dissemination model, uses the advanced plan software, has completed the part of Tieling area WCDMA wireless network plan work. The present thesis chose the reasonable dissemination model to carry on the link budget, caused the theoretical model even more to draw close to the work reality. At the same time acts according to theWCDMA network characteristic research, proposed in the WCDMA room covers solution.This article altogether is divided seven chapters. First chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the third generation mobile communication (3G) basic concept; 3G and original first generation of, the second generation of mobile network compares superiority; At the same time introduced at present develops the 3G network goal and the significance as well as the present 3G network in the domestic and foreign development situation.
