Fundamental analysis is to analyze the effects of all kinds of policies and corporation conditions on stock market. Technical analysis is to only analyze the price and trade volume or trade amount without the factors of fundamental element.Due to the above background, this subject is determined and studied to analyze the stock market fundemantally and technically with data mining technique. This study will make it easier to understand the rule of the stock market and guide the investment.The independent data storage system is the fundation of the data analysis. With a independent data abstract layer, this subject carries out a storage system which supports a variety of databases. In the area of rule based, different kinds of application rules of stock market are analyzed and most of the educed rule are performed. It also considers the application of artifical neural network in analysis of stock market and implements a network based bp algorithm. For extension this program, architectonics is based plug-in technique.For the long-term purpose, the data analysis on stock market has a good future. Due to the limited time, the collected data is not aquedate. Therefore, the analysis on artifical neural network is not completed. The analysis on the traditional factors is not perfect and is not able to predict the condition in stock market.
