This paper focus on how to making use of the Laser Speckle Velocimetry (LSV) technique to detect the nanoparticles' dynamic identit. The pulsed-laser light sheet illuminates the nano-flow in the target area and speckle images are acquired using a slow-motion CCD camera. At last, getting the nano-particles displacement field by correlative speckle image processing. The author decided to use LSV technic to measure the nano-particles velocity based on compare with several methods to measure the particles in flow. Furthermore, According to LSV technic obtaining the relativity of speckles in two continuous images. The author programmed corresponding measure software in VC++ language to the particles moving position measure in flow. After that, Limited whole-searching method is the core in the correlation images processing, increase computing rate. the image pretreatment effectively acuminate correlative peak, and enhance measure precision; Error control can efficiently wipe off most of false by moving vectors, enhance measure accurateness as well. The test result shows that this method can get steady and good-quality data. The last result in the paper can be used in speckle metrology or Particle Image Velocimetry (PTV). It not only measures particals velocity in flow, but also measure object's tiny dispalcement or distortment.
