Design And Implement Of Web-Based Instruction Platform

With the development of information technology, modern distance education system, which is based on Internet, comes to a rapid development in China. The platform has designed the structure of the database of every module, and made simple explanation of the SQL sentences. With the realization of the User-management Module, the system instructor is entitled to revise the right of the teacher's course management, the adding and deleting of users. And with the realization of the Article-management Module, the teachers can easily send teaching materials onto the web in many kinds of formats. The realization On-line Test &Homework Management makes it possible to test on-line, and the realization of Forum offers a platform for the teachers and students to communicate with each other.At present, this system is being used in the teaching of open education. It offers a simple way for everyone to communicate with computers and with each other, and it is rich in the on-line teaching and studying materials. The learners can complete their studies and tests quickly, which will make the learners actively to organize, acquire, renew and even create knowledge. This is the ultimate goal of our on-line education.
