As the exploitation of the space runs high and the trend of the space war exacerbates, the outer space becomes the new military territory. In the new form of space war, the supervised system based on the space target plays a leading role.The main content of this paper is the trace forecasting method of the small targets in the deep sky. According to the characteristic of the trace of the small targets in the deep sky, we concentrate to study the situation that the target is blocked by the clouds or disturbed by the noise stars.When the deep sky target is tracked, the transient missing phenomenon may occur because of the block of the clouds. Otherwise, the disturbance of other stars may also seriously influence the precision and the stability of the supervised system. Through the analysis of the technology processes of the television trace system, we calculate the delay time of the missdisdance opposite to the code device. Then, we determine the real position of the target according to the correspondence information between the missdistance and the code device. Finally, we construct the filtering array, and combine the trace fitting curve according to the nonlinear least square theory. The forecasting method guarantees the theodolite to move steadily according to the regular trail even when the target is blocked and when the target reappear, the theodolite can track it again. And when the disturbing stars come up, we can use the position and speed complexors to eliminate them, and then steadily track the targets.In the real engineering projects, the method can greatly improved the precision and stability of the theodolite system in the deep sky target tracking, and improved the capability of the tracking system when the targets are blocked or disturbed.
