With the development and population of Health Information System; computerized patient record is main way for gain information of medical. During anciently using and implementing, some problems are exposed such the fixation of patient record interface, simplify and the non-structural expression. These problems will directly effect the fast popularize and implement of medical health information system.This paper redefines the content expression of computerized patient record by introducing patient record segment technology after study the content of it. Using XML template expression technology to express computerized patient record paragraph input interface, one computerized patient content can be separated into an aggregation of some computerized patient record template interface output. This paper also solves the problems that computerized patient record interface input of specialist consultation and so on, dynamic interface technology and computerized patient record problems of diseases which are not recorded in the national disease norm and the symptoms and diagnosis and treat of them are under studied. These diseases templates are restricted and defined by introducing the minimum data sets conception. Then, the author designs the XML expression of the template which is suit to health information system, easy to managed and can cross the computer platform.
