In this thesis ,the theory and configuration of the specialized control system are mainly described for micro-assembly which integrates machine vision,servo system,micro position workbench and control by internet technology.The background of the thesis is reviewed, the current technology used in the world are studied,the feasibility and market outlook are analyzed.The concept and process of machine vision are explained, the theory of micro-device seeking are analyzed,the application of the machine vision is available to solve the problem of vision field under body microscope.When the size of micro-device is under millimeter,the gravity is not the main source,the thesis bring up a method which is the reaction of the pressure of workbench and vacuum tube to solve the barrier.The function of debugging and control by internet enhance the micro-assembly system, text type and image type are optional up to net condition.VC++ language is the main program tool, it provides amicable interface, parameter setting are convenient and the system are easily used.The subject combine the theory with practice, the hardware structure and software programming are adjusted by the real reaction on time.The success of micro-assembly system development provide a way of micro-device precision orientation and assembly, The function of debugging and control by internet increase the possibility under different environment.The micro-assembly system achieve the precision orientation and simple assembly perfectly, it provides possibility of continuous research.
