In this project High Frequency Ground Wave Soft Radar(HFGWSR) uses software radio technology to control radar functional mode. This HFGWSR has four channels which can work at different frequencies, each channel can be seen as one independent radar, so we can achieve four groups of observation which need fusion technology to improve the performance of the radar.Effectiveness of the association algorithm determines the reliability of the fusion algorithm, Effectiveness of the fusion algorithm is the criterion of abstraction work from radar detection, what's more, the fusion result has important effect on military decision making. It's obvious that association and fusion have great significance to the multi-source information processing.The chief purpose of this paper is to design a new multi-sensor fusion algorithm which can be used by HFGWSR under the clutter environment, which should meet the requirement of real-time processing. The following is the primary coverage of this paper.1. Introduce background knowledge of the data association and estimation fusion, including detailed analysis of the MSJPDA algorithm.2. Present a new fast algorithm named Joint Maximum Probabilistic Data Association (JMPDA) which can be applied to the HFGWSR by detailed analysis of JPDA algorithm. JMPDA skillfully avoids calculating of the association probabilistic which has high complexity and costs too much time. In order to use the four channels of HFGWSR, JMPDA is combined to parallel filter, Thus we obtain the whole algorithm——Multi Sensor Joint Maximum Probabilistic Data Association based on Parallel Filter(MSJMPDAPF)。3. Give a brief analysis of some fusion algorithm in common use, and use the MSJMPDAPF to solve the linear model object tracking problem, present a new fusion algorithm based on particle filter to track the nonlinear model object.Simulation results of data association indicate that the JMPDA presented in this paper can maintain good association & tracking performance under clutter...
