With the continual development of network technology and medical technology, life signal monitoring technology in tele-medical has become ripe day after day, traditional methods and simple instruments have been replaced by DBMS and computer system and instruments which make up of complicated sensor and microprocessor.Tele-medical life signal monitoring enables people to complete many medical treatment activities which must be accomplished in hospital in the past without going out to hospital. But with the high-speed development of tele-medical life signal monitoring technology, many problems emerged, such as no compatibility caused by nonstandard format; incorrect diagnoses caused by data losing and delay; incapable of transmitting different kinds of life signal at the same time; the demand of transfer , etc. Consequently, in order to enhance the efficiency and quality of life signal monitoring further, some proprietary regulation must be set down.To supply the gap of current network protocol used in tele-medical monitoring systems , according to a complete life signal monitoring system based on mobile platform ,this dissertation presents life signal wearable monitoring protocol .Firstly, designing the proper format of data packet and control packet on the basis of life signal's specialty to enhance the transmitting efficiency. Secondly, describing the protocol in the method of formalization, designing the flow of the protocol and implementing it by coding .Thirdly, analyzing the performance of the protocol on both local machine and LAN, debugging and modifying the software to meet the require. Comparing the experiment result with other protocols and analyzing the cause of differences. Lastly, designing and implementing life signal wearable monitoring system using the life signal wearable monitoring protocol to prove the practicability of the protocol.
