An Automatic Recommended System For Talents Based On Text Classification

The thesis mainly introduces an automatic recommended system for talents based on text classification. The system adopts the vector model and classifies the job application letters automatically by constructing a text classifier. The letters that are classified can match to the recruitment jobs automatically, and thus implements an automatic recommended system for talents.This thesis firstly introduces the research background, contents and significations of the project, then introduces the methods of pre-processing the text information of the job application letters. It includes the chinese word segmentation, extraction of text features, how to establish the vector space model, and decrease the dimension for VSM, and so on. After that, the thesis introduces modes of classifier and common classification algorithms. With the research of KNN classifier, the thesis proposes a modified KNN algorithm, and analyses the key factors of affecting the classified results, and describes the evaluation method for classifier.The automatic recommended system for talents is based on B/S mode.
