The hydrologic telemetric equipment plays an important role of achieving automation for water conservancy, further more, measuring and transmitting water information dynamic and sharing the data in network are more important. Owing to electric power utilities, communication network and internet in the backland are hard to build in, we need a ultralow power inspecting and transmitting terminal based on MSP430F149 MCU and RF with CC1000. This paper is just studing and experimenting such a intelligent equipment.This dissertation introduces the functions and characteristics of measuring device and data transceiver, puts forward a new style net topology making them have better connectivity. The interface to key, communication module, LCD and real-time clock/calendar module fills the requirement of low power and system function. There are three kinds of popular wireless transceiver, however, GW100B RF module based on appropriative RF chip-CC1000 are especially adaptting to this system. Finished the design of hardware, the author put forwards a new net structure and communication protocol first, discusses in detail its feasibility and practicability. At last, take the new technique into practice, the application of hydrologic telemetric equipment on remote region make gathering water info more efficiency.
