The subject comes from an item, which is one of the technical difficulties in Shanxi province. The signal source had been applied the invention patent, which was designed by DDS, PLL and LSI technology. When the PLL of the reference frequency source is locked, it collects the controlled voltage signal of VCO, learns and storages the controlled voltage signal. Then it outputs high-speedily the controlled voltage signal of VCO, we can get the high-speed frequency modulation, high linearity LFM signal.The non-linearity of voltage-frequency characteristic curve has a direct influence on the linearity of LFM signal, which is the key of electric system performance, so it is necessary to linearize it.
