Research And Implementation Of Information Filtering System In Web Log

With the rapid development of computer networks, many enterprises and schools can access the Internet to get specific information via Intranet or local area network. However, there are some pernicious messages in the information acquired. In order to monitor and filter this kind of information in real time, we need to build information filtering system in the Intranet and campus network.In local area network, the existed information filtering system, such as firewall filtering system and personal computer filtering system, will restrict the speed of accessing the Internet. Therefore, we developed the information filtering system which can filter the web log collected through sideway mode. This paper mainly discusses how to filter the border information stream between the Intranet and Internet, monitor and filter the text information of the network in real time.Based on the information filtering system developed by the author, this paper introduces the definition, classification and characteristics of information filtering, basic filtering model of information filtering system and current-used information filtering system. Then this paper introduces the information retrieval model of content filtering. Next, this paper discusses the package filtering and content filtering and describes the design and implementation of information filtering system. Finally, this paper analyzes the limitation of this information filtering system and proposes the solution.
