Researches And Applications On Telecom Society Network

These years, with the development of the market environment, it becomes more difficult to exploit the business to the telecom industry. The telecom industry meets the crisis. And also, the foreign capital begins to enter the Chinese market and the enter of WTO, it picks up the competition in the telecom market. In order to keep and improve the benefit, the telecom industry has to apply new technologies and new services to develop the ability of competing, and to mine the latent customers. Traditional data mining technologies only analyse the basic properties of customers to get the value of customers, don't consider the interaction and influence among users which is very important to analysis of user values and fraud. Recently, the complex network analysis developed a lot, which analyse user with the interaction among users. Complex network analysis considers users as the node of network, the interaction relationship as the edge of network, and complex-network analysis find a lot of interesting results. So, if we use the complex network analysis to analyse the telephone data of telecom industry, we will get a lot of meaningful results.By regarding the telephone user as the vertex of telecom society network and regarding the communication between telephone users as the edge of telecom society network, We built the network which is called the telecom social network. Telecom social network not only indicates the interaction among mobile users, but also indicates the relationship of society. There are too many users in telecom social network, so the scale of telecom social network is very large. What does the large scale network obey? What properties do the users of every type behave? What are the relationships between users?
