Researching and designing the receiver system for regional radio navigation are the purpose of paper, Based on the spread spectrum communication theory. And the positioning arithmetic of the receiver is the most important task. The radio navigation system which the paper is another example of application of spread spectrum communication technique to the navigation and positioning fields.Research of the paper is focused on the positioning arithmetic of navigation receiver and monitor programming design for the beacon transmitting system. Based on the large reference to literatures about international spread spectrum receivers, navigation receivers and GPS positioning theory, the paper research and designs the positioning arithmetic mathematics model of the navigation receiver in the base of theory. And there are some practicality results and methods, which prove feasible in practice. Finally, The design and realization of the Monitor System software on radio navigation system are discussed particularly. The language of Visual C++ is used in the establishment of monitor software, which accomplishes starting and testing equipments, generating and transmitting spectrum signal, monitoring the running equipment and so on. The key techniques of the monitor software is how to go along with the information exchange and immerge between computer of industry control and peripheral instruments.Now this system is developing, positioning function of which have been realized. The technique adopted in this system cannot only use in the field of military, but also in the field of common communication. We expect its more wide use in the future.
