And then the coins selector system comes into existence.The article put forward a practical and reliable project for coins selector system on the base of essentiality of coins selector, and according to the characteristics, such as size, material of Chinese coin system, designs double-way electric whirlpool sensor made of low frequency transmission electric whirlpool sensor and high frequency reflection electric whirlpool sensor to detect different characters of coins. The system realizes coins selecting with high speed and high accuracy. In this paper, the principle of coins selectting is introduced. And the design of hardware and software of the single chip microprocessor system are described. And at the base of common coins identification, online learning function is increased. The scheme can be used in bus coin, box project and retailing, coin-telephone etc., has extensive market demand.On the basis of the intelligent coins selector, two-level network of to realize the supervision on intelligent coins selector is introduced. In this paper, the realization of two-level network is to adopt distributed control method. The first level is to be composed by the monitoring computer, the RS-485 and the intelligent coins selector, mainly completes collection and control of the parameters of the field. The long-distance computer corresponds with monitoring computer through Internet and has done the detailed explanation the communication of the two-level network is explanted in detail. |
