Morphology Mathematical is a new developing science.It is based on strict mathematical theory.It has great effect on the theory and technology of image processing.And it has become a new theory and means of image processing,median filtering has been developed to a comparely mature theory.Laterly,morphological filters have been paid more and more importance on.This paper develops the theory of median filtering and morphologic filtering from 2D to 3D and practices them in 3D reconstruction from medical images.3D reconstruction from medical images is a multi-disciplinary subject.It is an important application of computer graphics and image processing in biomedicine engineering.it relates to the subjects of digital image processing,computer graphics and some related knowledge of medical.3D reconstruction and visualization of medical images are widely used in diagnostic,surgery planning and simulating,plastic and artifical limb surgery,radiotherapy planning,and teaching in anatomy.Study on 3D reconstruction from medical images has important significance on science and worthiness in practical application.Otherwise , this paper is imperfect. As the problem is very complex , the time is limited to our graduate research ,I can't turn all my thought into reality in a short time.lt is worthwhile to study handwriting distinguishing in the theory research and the reality. And we should continue to research.
