Multi-Satellites reconnaissance system(MSRS) works in the pattern that several reconnaissancesatellites work together as a united constellation. This pattern improves the abilityto achieve thestateofbattlefield, whileitismoredifficulttomakethemissionschemeinthispattern.Basedonthe complex mission of the MSRS, to make the mission scheme involves two aspects: togenerate the reconnaissance activities and to allocate resources and time for theseactivities. Oneis a planning process, and the other is a scheduling process. This thesis first analyzes thecharacteristics of the MSRS mission and the users'requirements, then emphasizes on designinga modeling manner which integrates planning and scheduling. This thesis in succession presentsthe algorithm associated with the model, and beyond this, a software system is also presented inthispaper. To Research on the mission planning and scheduling problem of MSRS, the first step is topresent the reasonable mission model. Based on the GREAS(Generic Resource, Event andActivity Scheduler) modeling framework, this thesis presents a Multi-Satellites MissionScheduling and Planning Modeling Framework(MSSPMF). MSSPMF is able to describe thecharacteristics of the MSRS mission. The modeling framework consists of 4 kinds of models:Activities, Resources, Events and Constraints. Compared to GREAS, MSSPMF extends todescribe the planning elements, and improves on the presentation of temporal and logicalconstraints. Multidimensional ID is imported to describe the classification and the subjectrelationship of the models. As a result of integrating planning and scheduling, MSSPMF is ableto describe resource and temporal constraints, and to provide the description of state, and tosupporttheautogeneratingofactivitiesset. The process of making the mission scheme is divided to two phases: pretreatment and schemegeneration. Pretreatment is used to generate alternate activities to achieve the requirements. Theproblem after Pretreatment is characterized as a constraint satisfaction problem, which is solvedby the local search algorithm based on dynamic priority. The solution means to specifycorrespondingactivitiesforeveryrequirementandtoallocateexecutingtimeandresources. In order to validate the modeling framework presented in this paper,a software system isdesigned to implement the mission planning and scheduling for MSRS. In the software, STK(Satellite Tool Kit) is used to provide data calculation and visual simulation. The research andanalysis ofsomepractical examples shows that themodelingmannerand algorithm inthis paper...
