With the quick development of science and technology, the industrial process automation systems are becoming more and more complicated. Aimed at the disadvantages of PID controller, a new control-arithmetic is introduced in this paper. This method, which is called Model-Free Adaptive control technology, can excellently solve many control problems such as nonlinearity and hysteresis. Also a PID method based on Hybrid Switched System is developed in this paper for solving the discrete event system. On the basis of the synthesis and analysis of the existing stability theory and control strategy of Hybrid System, The stability of system is developed with the modified Lyapunov function. The controller is designed by Min-switched strategy, and the closed-loop system is stabilified rapidly. Two strategies are simulated and the results prove the validity. Model-Free Adaptive control technology improves the stability of the pH process; the new PID controller based on the Hybrid system decreases the time of stability for the double-tank process.
