Along with rapid development of computer network technology, numerous and various computation units swarm into the Internet. People have to reconsider the Internet architecture under this kind of new situation. In order to adapt magnanimous information and resources, people have proposed the Peer-to-Peer network technology, and expected this technology could solve some basic problem that make the Internet fall into plight. How to locate the resources effectively is a core question of the Peer-to-Peer system. In order to find out a more efficient method, people propose a lot of algorithm and architecture. Peer-to-Peer network that based on distributed hashing table is proposed, which not only could locate the resources well, but also solves the extensible problem of the structureless P2P network. However, they cannot reflect the topology of the physical network, which results in overlay network and the physical network seriously comes apart. The routing efficiency is difficult to guarantee. It causes the negative influence such as low search efficiency, overweight network load and so on. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes one kind of new topology-aware P2P network routing protocol and constructs its model TABIP. It according to territorial continuity of IP address (public network IP address), and its node id and object id includes the information of IP address that is organized by country id. It is consistent between the node's proximity of overlay network and physical node's proximity. It adopts DHT-based approach, but solves the problem of long latency and inefficient routing of lookup messages. Otherwise, objects and their id are replicated and allocated into all domains through effective methods, which improves the speed of accessing objects further. The results of simulation experiment show lookup and download which is faster than Chord respectively.
