Due to the automated level of mill and the quality of board and strip become more and more high, the high request is put forward to the actuating mechanism of mill and the nature of control system. Mill hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) system is modern mill general kernel technology. Hydraulic AGC system is been made of main dynamic element, which include signal conditioner, servo amplifier, hydraulic servo valve, fluid cylinder, mill roll and primary detector, etc. These elements have high nonlinear feature, the system have inevitably high nonlinear. In addition it has one-stage distance between the installed position of thickness gauge and rolled point, it has some times that the incoming thickness fluctuation with real measurement and the control compensation of screw position part arrive the rolled center point. In this way, it exist inevitably a given time delay, it is very markedness that the infection of the time lags to system. Against the above question, the paper established a nonlinear dynamic model of hydraulic servo system; connecting with input, output of mill and delayed time, etc, the paper put forward the predictive control strategy of AGC system.In the paper, the first chapter introduced the research background and its general development both inside and outside China of the topic, and introduced detailly the meaning about the choose topic and the main research content. On theory, the second chapter analyzed what some major factors about influenced roll export thickness, discussed some basic mode of slab thickness control. The third chapter established a nonlinear dynamic model with hydraulic servo system—bilinear mode from the mechanism modeling of hydraulic mill electro-hydraulic servo system, and put up simulation study. Based on the simulation model, it analyzed and compared the various nonlinear factor's effect of system performance in the rolling process, so that bring forward being fit for the predictive control strategy of AGC system.Against the nonlinear,real variable character,fluid-solid coupling character, est. of...
