Research And Realization On PKI/CA System For The Safety To Ensure Electronic Tax System

With the development of the information technology and the wide application of internet, E-Business and E-Government become very popular in Internet. And people have the greater and greater secure need to the activity of internet. PKI/CA, which is based largely on cryptographic theory and provides mainly the services of authentication and confidentiality and integrality and non-repudiation, turns into the very important secure platform of authentication and authorization in network application and guarantees the information security of the network activity to people. The article based PKI/CA advanced technology, consider the information systems status quo of JiangXi Provincial State Tax Bureau , researched and designed the security system of eweb-tax in JiangXi Provincial State Tax Bureau.There are five chapters in the paper to describe our job. First, the paper introduced the background of this subject, put forward the primary content of the subject. Second, the paper thoroughly analyzed the security status quo of network in our Provincial State Tax, researched and discussed the network risk, put forward the security requirement of eweb-tax in our Provincial State Tax and on the basis of thoroughly analyzing the security system structure of pki/ca,describe the flow of ca and eweb-tax.Finally base on above-mentioned theory research ,the paper realized relevant pki/ca security system for eweb-tax and summed up the job of the theory research and the PKI/CA project build, put forward the prospect of the next job.The system in the paper after tested, run well and achieved prospective design objective. It provides an effective sustain for the system security of eweb-tax in our Provincial State Tax.
