As modern science and technology progress continuously, the communications between different subjects are going to be more and more common and are keeping developing. In engineering area, the speedy development of microelectronics and computer technology, which infiltrate conventional mechanical engineering, results in a new engineering: mechatronics. It brings on great changes in machine engineering on technical construct, product construct, function and structure, productivity, and management. Applying embedded system technology on mechatronic technology will promote the progress of mechatronics.The embedded control technology of mechatronic equipments is the result of the combination of embedded system technology and mechatronics technology. It applies embedded system technology to mechatronics. Concretely, it imports theory and technology of the development and design of embedded system to the development and design of mechatronic system. Embedded control system using in mechatronic equipment is developed which takes embedded computer as the control kernel, takes hardware and software with high performance and high reliability as the guarantee. The embedded control system satisfies the complicated control demands of mechanical subject.
