The Security Policy And Implementation Of Government Procurement System

With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology represented by internet, the human beings are advancing to a completely new age relied on network. But, the absence of security is the main barrier of electronic government improvement. As one of the typical application of E_Government, it is also faced the trouble of security.From the requirement for security, firstly, this thesis generalized the security problem faced with E_government procurement system. Secondly, a security policy based internet of E_government procurement system was been advanced. In this security policy, The E_government procurement system is a credible secure network platform based the website. And this system can keep away from the trouble about security. Thirdly, the thesis analyses the structure of the PKI in E_government procurement ----FSCA. At last, this paper advanced the model of role based access control in the system----GP_RBAC, and described the implementation of GP_RBAC.Basically, the contributions of this paper are as follows:This paper makes carefully analyses and describe on the security policy in government procurement system.The application of PKI in government procurement system----FSCA is analysed.The model of role based access control in the system----GP_RBAC is fully analysed and described.The GP_RBAC is established.
