On-line data validation of a boiler belongs to cybernetics. It refers to progressing real-time validation by using some models towards production data of the boiler, and then gets the stability of the boiler and every parameter of boiler. It also can notify operator the possible failures or parameters of the boiler timely.This article mainly copes with on-line data validation of a boiler in Power Plant. First, effective experimental data is get by experiment scheme which was designed by boiler experts. Memory matrix is selected from the input matrix by MinMax module and VectorOrdering module. Then estimated matrix was formed from measured matrix by real-time training. The SPRT was used to test error residual matrix between estimated matrix and measured matrix. Based on the test result, it need to validate single parameter if necessary. Finally, the on-line run status of the system and its parameters that whether natural or not are judged through these processes. After large numbers of data experiments, general steps of on-line data validation of a boiler was summarized. A flow chart was concluded to demonstrate them and a relevant software was written. The software established the foundation for actual problem through the experimental validation. |
