Research And Realization Of Offset Interference Processing For Profile-loop

The computer-aided design and the manufacture technology is the new technology which rapidly develops in recent 30 years. The CAD/CAM technology application and the development fundamentally changes the traditional pattern, caused the fundamental transformation.The many function mold of the CAD/CAM involves the loop offset and interference processing. After offsetting, the shape of the one loop will have self-interference and the several loops will have mutual interference. The processing of interference is always difficult , and it make role in the feature of the CAD/CAM system function mold.This article briefly introduced the constitution of the CAD/CAM loop and studied the basic offset process.The profile-loop is closed by inserting zero arc. Thoroughly analyzed the CAD/CAM complex interference situation after offset,on the fully profited from the domestic and foreign findings basic, the self-interference and mutual interference processing algorithm has been studied and designed. Take the above algorithm as the foundation, the prototype system realized offset the interference processing. Provided the system the example result,the algorithm is right.
