The Design And Implementation Of TalentBase System Management Framework

Internet/Intranet not only shocked traditional market, provision, salesmanship and service region, but also took new challenge and opportunity. In fact eHR is one Human Resource Management System based on Internet/Intranet to relief Human Resource managers from cumbrousness daily businesslike work. Introduction of massive IT technology, through information methods such as centralized information base, automatic dealing with information, employee self-service, external assistance, shared service and so on, eHR can make Human Resource Management descending cost, raising efficiency, improving employee service mode. By making connection with enterprise's on hand network technology, eHR insures the synchronized development of Human Resource and constantly advancing technology environment.Taking the TalentBase platform system which has been designed and developed by software product department of neusoft group as the backdrop, this thesis at first expounds the current status and future trends about the development of eHR, delineates and studies the basic concepts and architecture of adopt technic framework. After that, this thesis puts forward the realization of initial sub-system based on adopt technic framework, with the help of development technology such as JNDI and DataBase Meta Data.According to the requirement of TalentBase System, this thesis brings forward and designs a domain framework—Logging and Auditing Framework, which is grounded on analysis and comprehension of domain framework and the system requirement. The using of this framework can log the running information of system and the visiting information of user in detail, and can do auditing according to the logging information, thus this framework protects system's safety running and offers reliance for system's promoting. At the mean time, comes from the analysis of the system framework requirement, putting forward Tree Modal Framework, and based on J2EE platform and Struts framework , TalentBase system is capable of supporting Tree Modal Framework. And realize system function tree component of system Configuration Management Component. The proposition and realization of Tree Modal Framework unify the building and displaying of Tree in Talentbase System, thus decrease business developers' workload effectively. Finally the conclusion part is given and the future work is expected.
