In recent years, the research on complex network has been developing rapidly and is extended to many science fields, such as biology, physics and even social science. It boils down to the frist reason is with the improvement of computing capability, people can do research in various realistic networks including multimillion nodes which could not be realized in the past,they also need to recognize various networks urgently to find out instructional macroscopical-rules. The research discovers that many practical networks have some characteristics of complex networks, and Internet is a typical representation.This thesis first introduces the background of the complex network and the process of its development,also the actuality about the study of complex network.The key part is focused on the study in the process of building the model of complex network and gives nature language description of four kinds of complex network models. In the end I created the four kinds of models in three-dimensional space with Java3D tools.After putting CAIDA data in order with analysis, the thesis selects three-dimensional data from n-dimensional data and displays the data selected using complex network topology creator, also summarizes some laws of statistical characteristics which have an actual meaning, and shows that volumes for frequence from source IP address to destination IP address named SD frequence accords with power-law. At last this law was validated using statistical method.
