A Personal Recommendation System Based On Mixed User Profile

With the rapid development of the Internet,the information on it increases as the index number,and the categories of information become more.Researchers have to face the new tasks,such as how to deal with the problem of information overloading and information mazing.Personalized service has now becomed to be a focus research in the domain of information service.To be the core of personalized service,the technology of constructing user profile focuses on how to structure the user's interest source,user profile presentation,user profile updating,user profile storage and so on.In this paper,a new personal recommendation system which is based on mixed user profile is proposed.The final experiment validates that the system can provide personal recommendation accurately.The main research of this paper includes such aspects as below:First,based on analyzing the traditional user profile,a new user interest model which combined with user's browsing content and behavior is proposed.It is described as a dualistic model UP=(I,C).The keywords weight vector I is the description of the Web pages browsed by the user.The behavior influence gene C is the description of the user's browsing behavior.The behavior influence gene C is for distinguishing the user's attention to the keywords in different categories and giving prominence to the user's interest keywords.In this way,the new personal recommendation system overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional methods which can not portray user behavior character effectively.Second,the Dual Genetic Algorithms is proposed for obtaining and updating user interest file with the new user profile.It includes two evolution processes.First Genetic Algorithm(FGA) is the evolution process of finding and adjusting the keywords weight vector I and Second Genetic Algorithm(SGA) is the evolution process of adjusting behavior influence gene C automatically.Third,the framework of the new personalized service system and recommendation approach based on the mixed user profile are gave out.After analysing the process of content filtering in personal recommendation, the framework of the new personalized service system based on the mixed user profile is gave out.And then the new approach of the new personal recommendation is also gave out to provide accurate personal...
