Recently, the requirement for wireless communication has increased, with the development of economy, society, technology, and the improvement of people's standard of living. Wireless data transmission whenever and wherever with high speed, high quality, is the direction of the development of new generation wireless communication system. The efficiency of frequency spectrum is very important for wireless communication system because of the lack of frequency spectrum resource. However, the efficiency of frequency spectrum for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is very high for OFDM adopting parallel transmission. And OFDM can almost eliminate inter symbol interference (ISI),which resulted from multi-path channel for its guard interval and increasing symbol period. So OFDM becomes one of the important technologies of new generation wireless communication. In recent years, OFDM technology is used in several transmission standards, such as in ADSL , 802.11a WLAN , High-performance LAN type2(HIPERLA/2) and Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) in Europe. Also, the latest mobiles based on cellular network can send back both video and audio data in real time, but they have a lot dependency on located basic equipments, such as Base Station and MSC, and the quality can not be insured. So the development of independent wireless digital image communication system , to fit for the urgency occasion detection, is very important. The system described in this dissertation is just based on the above, using DVB-T standard as reference model, to do research and development on equipment for urgent usage of the transmission of video...
