The Research And Implements Of Embeded CTI Intelligent Voice Switch Software

CTI is the abstract of "Computer Telecommunication Integration", which is developed from the Technology of "Computer Telephone Integration". It comprises data communication and traditional voice communication, and is wildly used in enterprises and government.Traditional switch is controlled by fixed programe and can only offer simply service. Users can't manage it and can't employ the enterprise telecommunication multilevel application. But the open programmable technology brings the new technology innovation. SMARTWAY18 intelligent voice switch synthesis the computer network, data communication and voice management, use the embedded switch platform, learn the advantages of resource from VoiceBoard technology and offer a CTI integration scheme which comprise programe switch, media resource and main controller.Based on the research of embedded system-uClinux, combined with most advantage CTI technology, this thesis presents a design means of switch software system on uClinux platform. Part 1 gives a brief introduction of basic technology on Telecommunication background, Part 2 illustrates CTI system platform architecture, and why I shoose the intelligent switch scheme, the emphases of Part 3 is the architecture of hardware about switch. Part 4 introduce relevant technologies of uCLinux OS including feature, kernel, memory management and file system and so on.
