Some Key Technologies Of Telecom-Level VoIP Network Construction

As developing and advancing of Internet and voice technology, VoIP has gown faster and became the developing direction of voice service in the future. Base on the current technologies, there are many problems to be solved and much work to do for constructing telecommunication VoIP network.In this paper we introduce the history of VoIP, relatively protocols and technology features. We analyze the main problems that VoIP is facing, research and discuss the relative technologies of constructing Telecom-level VoIP network.Firstly, analyze the requirement of VoIP network for bear network, including bandwidth, time delay, jitter and packet loss, as the requirement of telecom-level service. According to the MAN's current status in the CNC and the development direction of IP technologies, plan the measures of reconstructing the MAN and direction of development. Research and discuss the solution of realizing end to end and QoS technology. Then, analyze present IP voice network secure imperilment, introduce the secure measure applied , management and the suggestion of organizations. And then, aiming at service supervises and monitor within the law which telecom-level service should be provided with, design the VoIP solution applied service supervises and lawful intercept. Lastly, combined with "the feasible research report of CNC PC-Phone network for test",design the solution of VoIP trial network, involving technology choice, network frame and test solution etc.
