Based on the spread spectrum communication theory, combine digital signal-processing chip DSP and FPGA, this article researches and designs the receiver system for regional radio navigation. The system can provide the marines of the navy with navigation services in the future navigation war, in which our navy cannot adopt GPS and GLONASS signal for navigation because GPS and GLONASS belong to America and Russia respectively.Spread spectrum communication theory is discussed. Then this article puts forward the Receiver's realization structure aimed at characteristics of region radio navigation system.For the digital signal-processing module, Software Receiver scheme is presented so as to enhance reliability and consistency of the circuit, the scheme of hardware integrate with software is designed, that is those fix function parts realized in hardware (FPGA), those flexible function realized in software (DSP). Thus, hardware circuit is realized in software manner, consequently, debugging workload is reduced.Firstly, this article analyses the receiver's structure and realization of intermediate frequency digital signal processing. Then, expatiates every part of hardware platform, such as AD9226, Stratix EP1S40 and TMS320C6713. Furthermore, detailed illuminates thses chips' using method, mutual communication as well as connecting and debugging with external equipments. At last,this article puts forward digital signal processing module's software flow chart and realizing method, emphasize expatiates floating-point operation, Composite programme, initialization, interrupt realization, serial communication, programme load and so on.The technique adopted in this system cannot only use in the field of military, but also in the field of common communication.
