Analysis of finite array structure plays an important role in the design of arrayantenna and frequency selective surface. In this article, method of moment (MoM) will be applied to analysis the scattering characteristic of two kinds of planar array, and it also has MATLAB program to validate the MoM's strong suit and the characteristic of two kinds of planar array.As one part of the work, the suface current and electromagnetic scattering formulas are deduced based on EFIE. The induced current on perfect conductor surface is computed with MoM method and graphed by Origin. The factors, such as choice of basis function and sliced mounts of one cell, which affect solution accuracy are summarized. All of these provide a good basis for the latter computation of array scattering field. Then the scattering field of planar array and curved array are given. The size and the placement of cells and the incidence angle etc. are studied to find out how these factors affect the array scattering field.The second part of the work is to analyze the electromagnetic scattering characteristic of finite dipole array, which is different from perfect conductor array, it also contained of frequency characteristic of terminal impedance, scattering power , reflection coefficient and gain,then the scattering pattern is studied under the condition of considering compensating for the mutual coupling effect. At last, The size and the incidence angle etc. are studied to find out how these factors affect the array scattering field.
