With the rapid development of PC technology and Internet, how to make better use of the potential of all the peers in the network to build the distributional system becomes the focus of concern. In recent years, Internet computation pattern has also been experiencing a transition from Client/Server pattern to coordinated (peer-to-peer) computation pattern. To realize the coordinated computation pattern, it needs to accomplish three aspects of the work: Resources laying, resources localizing, and resources obtaining. The function of resources localization is to study how to efficiently locate the point's position which is most needed. In view of the resources request technology in the resources localizing process, this article has further analyzed it and proposed a kind of new resources request technology for structureless P2P network.First this article introduces some related concepts and the history of the development of the P2P network, proposes three key questions of P2P network to be solved, and contributes a brief analysis and comparison to the current three kinds of P2P network technology. Then, by an analysis of the traditional structureless P2P network technology, it proposes one kind of new resources request message propagation technology for the structureless P2P network. The merit of this technology is that it may effectively reduce the instantaneous impact which the resources request message of the structureless P2P network point causes to the current capacity of the local network and the consumption of the point's own resources in consequence of the message request transmission. This article chooses the already-improved and merit-prominent genetic algorithm as the production algorithm of the propagation path for the resources request message. In the structureless P2P network model, this article has completed the simulation realization for the improved genetic algorithms in MATLAB and has produced a group of paths for propagating resources request message. Finally, through the established P2P network in OPNET, this article has carried out the simulation of the technology for the P2P network resources request message propagation based on the path-model and has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of this technology.
