This paper introduces the development,the main technology point and the industries applications of XML and other relevant technology .With its independence in Data Representation,XML is used in Data Exchange And with hierarchy-structured property,it is mostly used in representing data and documents with complex structure.So it can be widely used hi most industries applications.This paper expatiates the Scientific and technological project management system of drawing room based on the research of XML and relevant technology,provideing certain deployment value and application significance for XML. Designing client layer, logic layer and data layer separately.The client layer is designed with JSP and Javascript;logic layer with JSP and Servlet technology;data layer with JDBC and JavaBean, and main function of system is realizedinlogic layer.
