Through mining the huge amount in it andshow it in multi-dimension, we could implement data mining for information.This paper introduces the background of Jilin Communication Corporation, analyzesthe current completion environment of communication in China, applies theknowledge of data warehouse and data mining, and proposes the idea thatconstructing a complete data warehouse for communication corporations supports theprofit for enterprise;providing the data analysis and mining abilities with themulti-dimensional data exposition;implement the data mining and decision supportsystem for information. Finally, this paper clears the construction principles whichmeans that it has two phases, three tiers, unification layout of management,distribution implement and unifies data which is operation oriented. We give out thelogic and ability framework for system construction, and mainly use the tool of NCRCorporation which is called Teradata Warehouse to carry out the mining systemwhich is to predict the data of big client losing, and clustering system for enterpriseclient data. Taking the real experiences in system construction into account, sometastes are given by us.
