Currently many management problems exist in food businessenterprise ,such as the infrastructure condition is bad, theequipments is old,the work link of food purchase,statistics andmanages is complicated and so on.All these problems make themanagement of food business enterprise not norm and the work modeis very old. Although parts of food business enterprises also madeuse of some management software to manage some work links,thesesoftware systems mostly are the single machine version softwareof the purchase management system or contract management syestemor the personnel file management system etc., the single machineversion software can't overlay the each operation link of the foodbusiness enterprise, even can't resolve the large quantity of dataproducted in some work link, such as finance, warehouse and thefacilities equipments etc.. Additionally the computer applicationlevel of the food business enterprise is widespread not high, allthese problems make the information management level of the foodbusiness enterprise long-term fall behind and can't satisfy theincreasingly complicated work need by the food businessenterprise.Aim at various problems of the food business enterprise mustface in management, especially design The Food BusinessEnterprise ERP System , in order to resolve the informationmanagement problem of the food business enterpriseeffectively.The Food Business Enterprise ERP System usesoptimizing the allocation class .Alldatas of the warehouse class unit are transmitted to the countyclass unit from network and are collected there, then the collectedresult is transmitted to the city class unit and is collectedagain,like the county unit,the city class unit transmit thecollected result to the province class unit .When the superior hasa plan or an instruction to make known to lower levels, the datatransmission process is the opposite.The four class management structures of the food businessenterprise are divided into there different layers in logic.Thisdivide not only decides that the need thencarrying out the homologous forecast, management and controlactivity.Finance analysis lays particular emphasis on planning,controlling,analyzing and predicting about finance.The Food Business
