With the development of computer technology, the research of mechanical product is developing towards to the direction of virtual product. In the analysis of characters of virtual prototype, the analysis of Dynamics of Mechanical Systems occupies a very important place. This paper researches the basic theory and simulation direction of Dynamics of Mechanical Systems. It researches the orientate object design methods ofsoftware and Unify Modeling Language. With the Object-Oriented design software ——Delphi, we apply the theory of Dynamics of Mechanical Systems and software engineering to the development of mechanical simulation software and develop the creative software of mechanical simulation(NewMach).We designed the System Architecture of NewMach using the theory of the Object-Oriented design and Unify Modeling Language. NewMach adopt Newton-Raphson arithmetic to realize the Solver class. Computer graphic design based of component makes the customization of components come true. In the method of object oriented of software design, this software can realize draw component and connections of mechanism. Then it becomes vectorgraph software in deed. We tested the software in various types mechanism and proved that it embodies very good expansibility and overcome the limitations that some software can only emulate the grade II Assur group.
