The Research Of Case Based Reasoning Technology Based On Ant Colony Algorithm And Data Mining

As a supplementary technique to rule-based reasoning, one of the important artificial intelligence technology developed about several years, case-based reasoning, can well solve the bottleneck problems during knowledge acquisition process and. While being applied to the real system, it has a hard problem, how to establish a case base effectively. In order to make the case acquisition automatically and improve the running efficiency and the whole performance of the intelligent system, an integrative algorithm, which is applied to establish a case base from a traditional database with data mining technique, has been advised and discussed in this paper.The advised integrative algorithm includes ant colony algorithm during CBR. After a series of tests, it is shown that the algorithm is much more effective than the system clustering algorithm during clustering. And a solid foundation is established for the discrete data mining and clustering by the advised algorithm.It is found that the ant colony algorithm result is strongly affected by the key parameters of the algorithm. Thus it is necessary to test the integrative algorithm with the different databases to understand the advised algorithm well and truly. Then, we can use the CBR technology much better and get much more satisfied solution.
