The modern publishing industry in our country has shown some features such as a market made, industrialization, clustering and high-tech, internet development, the maturity of modern logistics, international publishing groups challenge, which made up our publishing industry changes, and set higher requirements to the publishing industry management. These challenges would directly affect the marketing of e-commerce in the area of library development and applications. Book industry e-commerce as one of the most modern art of the marketing channels in book distribution marketing area, will undoubtedly play a greater role than other ways. E-commerce Restriction in book marketing areas show that our book industry is behind the developed countries. It has bad influence on the sustainable development of the publication. Therefore, we must immediately establish a perfect book industry e-commercial system.It is one of new research tasks in publishing industry's channel building that analysis of e-commercial features and applications in the library publicity, sales and after-sale area. The concept of e-commerce in book industry has been proposed in recent years and has been widely accepted. Book e-business has general character of e-commerce, but also has its own unique personality. Its growth process with our entire publishing industry made the climate and socio-economic development closely related. The article also pointed out that external capital in the book e-commerce will further make its contribution in the process of development.Through the analysis of e-commerce applications in the three areas of book marketing, we can see that the Internet penetration, online payment systems, logistics network construction, post-sales service quality, and social issues affecting their survival and development obstacles. The article pointed out that e-commercial application in library marketing is not done, which is affected by many factors. Therefore, macroeconomic environment should be improved and be improved. I t is imperative to establish lasting development mechanism.
