Analog to digital converter is the special equipment which can convert theanalog quantity into digital quantity, its sampling precision has immediateinfluence on the result of digital signal processing. How to process thesampling digital signal in order to remove the noise and reserve or reconstructthe useful signal properly is always a very attractive field of research. Based onthe analysis of the character of the quantization error which is inherently inanalog to digital system, some improving processing methods are put forwardso that the effect of nonuniform sampling error and noise can be reduced. There is an in-depth study of de-noising methods in digital samplingsystem in this paper. It puts Dither method as one of the investigated subjectbased on the detailed analysis of the character of the quantization error. Afterthe study of the domestic and international latest de-noising technology, theDither method is deeply researched by theoretical analysis and simulation. Theapplication method as well as a practical example is also given in this paper. All these study and research is benefit for improving the sampling precision ofanalog to digital system. As the well development of wavelet theory, wavelet analysis is appliedmore and more as a useful de-noising method. Because of its apply effective-ness and simple realization, wavelet threshold de-noising technology hasbecome one of the most popular method among those wavelet de-noising meth-ods. Based on the formation of threshold function, some improving thresholdfunction is given after the combination of mathematic method and waveletmethod. Meanwhile, a new method is put forward because it can promote thedivision between signal and noise, this method is a preprocessing methodbecause it is aimed at the wavelet coefficients before the threshold estimation. Some theoretical analysis and simulation is given in order to test the validity ofthese methods. At last, all these method is used in the processing of a digitalsignal which is interfered by some noise in order to test their effect on de-nois-ing, and compare and analysis the results.
