Industry control network is greatly used in automation control domain. It's a product which combines with computer network, commutation and automation control technology. It developed from field bus technology, but has more technology meaning than field bus. Many dispersive controlling types of equipment which can communication with digital method worked in field as a network node in industry control network. Industry control network based on field bus or industry internet use opened and normative commutation protocol to link the control equipments, then they can transfer information each other. They use this method to finish control task. Recently a lot of mobile machines and wireless terminals are used in industry control or logistic domain. In order to assure these equipments normally run and improve the produce ability, much information from these equipments needs to control and mange. But traditional industry control network can not get these data in time because of their own wired media limitations which they use wired transfer media. But the communication technology based on electromagnetic wave and light-wave can exactly finish the functions. During the course of researching this control system, the chief problem need to be solved is the seamless of wireless network. The essential of this problem is to research the rules of electromagnetic wave in different transmit environment.Because traditional models have not enough veracity when use them to forecast the path loss of electromagnetic wave transfer in engineering projects .This paper will use neural network to research a new wireless network transfer math model based on traditional models and build an industry control wireless local network with this model. Subsystem in the industry control or logistic management system can exchange the information with this network, and then realize to control the large mobile machines and wireless terminals.The paper which focuses on design and application of wireless network accomplish the jobs as follows:Research and analysis character of wireless channel transfer and popular wireless network path loss models, give a neural network model on traditional models.Use MATLAB Software to simulate the traditional and neural network path loss models and analysis the results of these models.Based on results of simulation, design some international terminals Mobile Crane Monitoring System and Zhaoshang Port (Shenzhen) Mawan 0# yard Wireless Logistic Information System.
