Since the rapidly development of the computer network and communication technology, the security of data that transfer on the network attracts more and more attentions.As early system didn't run in network in large scale,the security of system was not enough cared.But since the rapidly development of the computer technology,especially network technology,many network system are facing a difficult question,that is more and more complex security management.As an important part of appliction software system,the management information system especially the office automatic system's security have been payed more and more attentions.Due to the publicity of the Internet, every network user could possibly destroy the network at the same time they could benefit from the network. It causes the Internet can't be well-ordered, and makes the Internet's network order seems chaos. So we adopt some technic such as encryption/decryption, signature/ authentication, authorization and accessing control to guarantee user's security.Through the research of the J2EE security architecture, this paper analyzed and discussed some important J2EE security mechanisms such as JCE, JAAS, JSSE thoroughly. Then this paper discussed how to choose right security tools and how to establish a complete set of security scheme. Introduced the particular design and implement process of the authority control module, security e-mail module and signature module in the Intelligent Building OAS.This system based on Internet application system,adopting distributed multilayer architecture besed on J2EE and B/S mode namely through the alternation between application and user browser and the data correlative with system are maintented and organized by database server,combine with each module through J2EE security scheme,making system run more security and efficiently in different platmform and increasing operations.
